Q1. How is your reliability?
Local and Federal agencies utilize our stable and reliable network every day for their mission-critical communications. Several police departments use our dependable service for everything from background checks to monitoring video surveillance devices. Certain Federal government agencies count on our network for secure communication involving National security and intelligence; however, we are not allowed to disclose which agencies or which services they use.


Q2. How does your technology work?
The Eagleone Wireless network uses the latest technology, delivering broadband Internet through fixed-wireless antennas that send and receive signals across miles of air space.


Q3. What are your actual speeds?
DSL and cable companies share a connection to the Internet with all of their neighbors. Depending on how many people are sharing that connection at any particular time and what they are using it for will dictate how much bandwidth is allocated to each user. DSL customers from AT&T and cable companies share a connection to the Internet with all of their neighbors. Eagleone customers bandwidth travels from our main network Hub out to their location.  We sell a 3mbps package, but depending on a variety of factors you could easily surpass your 3mbps guaranteed package. Your bandwidth originates at our main facility and is piped wirelessly to your home or business.

Our coverage areas are constantly being expanded and improved. Please contact us to see if your location is currently covered.


Q5. Do you offer residential service?
Yes Eagleone Wireless currently provides service to individual residential customers and business customers.


Q6. You say you have lower prices, but a competitor had a better introductory price.
Eagleone Wireless prefers to work on a more ethical level; we don't employ bait-and-switch tactics. We do not believe in selling you on a low introductory rate that is going to go up after a few months. The price you agree to today is the rate you will pay going forward.


Q7. How soon can I expect service to be installed after signing up?
In most cases we can have you installed and browsing the Internet within 1-2 business days from the day you sign up.


Q8. Is there an install fee?
Yes our standard installation fee is $150.00, this fee covers the cost of installation labor and the warranty of the installed equipment.  If for any reason your equipment becomes damaged or fails we will replace the equipment at no cost as long as you remain a customer.  The equipment is solely owned by Eagleone Wireless for the full term of service, if you decide to cancel services then we will make arrangements to aquire the equipment from your home or business.


Q9. Do you offer Referral Incentives?
We fully appreciate our customers and understand there are other choices out there when choosing a telecommunications provider. A majority of our company's growth has come from referrals. We know that an incentive isn't the only reason to refer us, but we currently offer $20 as a thank you for referring a customer to our service.  Once the customer completes their installation then we give you $20 credit on your next billing cycle.  The customer must mention your name at the time they inquire about services.


Q10. Do you have an agent/reseller program?
Yes, we work with some of the largest Master Telecom Agencies in the industry and offer some of the highest payouts. If you are an agent or are looking to resell our services, please feel free to contact us for information on how to sign up.


Q11. Are you a privately held company?
Eagleone Wireless is privately held, privately funded and privately managed.

We are rapidly expanding our footprint. Please check with us today to see if you qualify for service. If we can't service your location today we might next month, so please check back soon.

Q14. Are there any taxes, fees, or other surcharges I need to pay?
Eagleone Wireless only charges the taxes, fees or surcharges required by government agencies on installation labor.  We do not charge a tax on our Internet connection-only product--the price you're quoted is the only price you'll pay.

Payments to Eagleone Wireless may be made by check, major credit card or ACH direct bank transfer. Contact us for further details on payment and billing options.
